Death on arrival policy (DOA)
In the unlikely event that your corals arrive dead please take pictures of them within 24 hours of receiving the package and send them immediately to help@fragtrade.co.uk. We will be able to offer a replacement if possible (subject to stock levels) or alternatively we can offer you a full refund. Frag Trade reserves the right to request the buyer to return the dead corals. The buyer pays postage for replacement corals.
Fragtrade do not take any responsibility and will not offer any recompense for missed deliveries and any deaths that occur in your tank. Therefore, this policy will be void if the delivery is missed by the customer and the package is left with a third party or delivery office. This policy will also become void once the corals are placed inside a customers tank. This policy will become void 24 hours after delivery if no report is sent to help@fragtrade.co.uk.
