Description
Description – Distributed across the indo pacific and Great barrier reef, leptoseris corals are well known for their shimmering metallic colours, with the most popular morphs been red and orange, whilst green is also an option. Leptoseris corals are unique due to the fact that they are often found in shaded sections of the reef, where lighting is on the lower end. Therefore, leptoseris corals make for great filler corals on sand beds or below aggressive growing corals or sea anemones. They are one of the easier SPS corals to keep and are an encrusting form of coral.
