Delivering Corals
We use Royal Mail 1st Class Special next day delivery, and water sealed pots with a 40 hour heat pack wrapped in sheep’s wool to ensure your corals arrive safely as soon as possible. Delivering live food
Live foods and Live algae will be sent out in a large letter, using royal mail 1st class large letter stamps. Therefore, we will not be able to provide you a tracking number. If you have not received your order after 5 working days, please email help@fragtrade.co.uk and we will be happy to send you a replacement.
Collection
Collect from us by appointment only at Unbearable Design ltd, FragTrade, Unit A6, Industrial Estate, 83 Lynch Ln, Weymouth DT4 9DN
We are integrated with the back of the workshop at Unbearable designs. Please, just look for Unbearable designs when visiting. However, you must book via appointment. Order now and put collection as your shipping method or contact us directly on the Contact us Page
Delivering dried goods
Smaller items such as coral glue, cutters and temperature strips will also be posted via royal mail 1st class large letter stamps. Therefore, we will not be able to provide you a tracking number. If you have not received your order after 5 working days, email help@fragtrade.co.uk and we will be happy to send you a replacement. Larger items such as Fragging kits and Frag Racks will be sent out via royal mail second class. Full tracking will be provided for these items.
